In our fast-paced lives,
family schedules are very busy. Therefore quality time
is hard to come by. The last thing a parent wants is to
struggle with their child over homework. Enter Exceed
Tutoring and Educational Services, LLC. Exceed Tutoring
is an in-home, one-on-one tutoring service that tutors
all subjects and all grades K-12. “We work around your
schedule to accommodate your busy lives”. They have
qualified, professional tutors that can help with
homework, bridging knowledge gaps, and standardized
test preparation.
Nishka Morton, President and Founder of Exceed
Tutoring, LLC has a keen interest in helping parents
find the right supplementary educational solutions for
their children. Morton, a licensed teacher of seven
years, left the classroom to care for her twin
daughters. Not wanting to be out of the educational
field, she discovered she could fill a much needed
niche in the private sector by matching qualified
tutors with students who need help. “My clients can be
comforted in knowing that I personally meet them and
their child to assess their educational needs,
personality, and learning style, before matching them
with the perfect tutor. They don’t have to travel to a
learning center; we accommodate their schedule and come
to them. Considering the pace of life today, our
service will cater to these busy families”.
Exceed Tutoring can tutor all grades and all
subjects. “One-on-one
tutoring is the best way to see results. It is a
structured time where the student is focused with the
tutor. The parent doesn’t have to struggle with their
child to take out their homework; the tutor will take
care of it. I wanted homework time to be less stressful
and more productive”.
Morton has developed a network of credentialed teachers
and qualified tutors. “I know how important our
children are to us. That is why each tutor must undergo
an extensive interview, a reference check, and a
criminal background check. When parents hire Exceed
Tutoring, they know they are getting the very best”.
Morton’s bank of tutors allows her to match a child’s
specific personality and learning style with the
perfect tutor. She has tutors that are specialists in
their subject matter. “It would not be unusual for a
family to have two tutoring sessions a week. Tuesday’s
session could focus on Math and Thursday’s could focus
on Writing. The difference being that during each
session the student would be matched with a different
tutor specializing in that specific subject area. In
creating my business it was my goal to give parents a
place to come for all their tutoring needs, be it
homework help, subject area remediation, or
standardized test preparation (i.e. SAT, ACT)”.
Morton has recently partnered with Working Wonders
Children’s Museum to offer FREE tutoring with paid
student admission. Visit www.exceedtutoring.com
